Yeah! For the seventh month in a row, the average sale price has increased from the previous year! This is good news. The average sale price for March in the Denver metro area was $249,000 – up 7.1% from the previous year.
The total number of properties sold in March was 3602, up 12.4% from March 09.
Another good indicator is for the second month in a row, the million dollar plus homes have improved. March 2010 was up 7.7% from last year.
