Once again, April improved from previous year. The average sales price rose to $251k, and the number of units sold went from 3390 in April of 2009, while April of 2010 shows 4188 units sold. The average sales price increase puts Denver into a now 8 month rise from previous years. This shows that the Denver Real Estate Market is on a steady stream. Now into the busier months, it is definately still a great time to buy real estate. Interest rates are still great, and there’s still much inventory to choose from.
