My daughter and I did this last month, what an excellent service the city provides to us! They have the largest mound
of mulch I’ve ever seen! Not to mention, we cleared our back yard of a fallen tree a few years ago…..

Westminster residents may recycle tree limbs on the last Saturday of the month, March-October. Limbs can be any length and do not need to be bundled or tied. Shrubs can also be recycled (please remove dirt ball at roots, if applicable). Bags of leaves, grass clippings, or other debris are not accepted. No contractors, please. Free mulch is available while the supply lasts. Bring an ID showing Westminster residency. PLEASE NOTE: This event could be rescheduled or canceled due to inclement weather.
