Has your agent prepared your home for this?  Here’s a few things to consider PRIOR to hiring a Realtor to sell your home!

• Will the agent thoroughly walk thru your home prior to placing it on the market and photos being taken – giving you tips and tricks for staging?
• Will they having a professional photographer to take photos, virtual tour, and video tour?
• Will they be posting your home on Realtor.com with a showcased listing?
• Will they be using Social Media as an outlet for marketing your home?
• Will your home be posted on YouTube?
• How many (and what) websites will your home be posted on?

Again,  90 percent of buyers are shopping online.  What do you want for your home’s “first impression” online to be?  Almost every home I list, I have a professional photographer take photos AND do a virtual tour.  No matter what the asking price may be.
