Yes! For 6 months in a row now, the number of properties sold have increased since the previous year. In November, we saw a 15.6% increase over November 2010. 3068 properties sold in November. The average sales price for November 2011 was $ 252,000.00. The active inventory on the Denver market is incredibly low, at just 12,634 – down 36.5% compared to Nov 2010 of 19881 properties listed. It seems that folks are waiting to list, but buyers are finding that the nice properties priced right are selling fast. Interest rates are still incredibly low, so if you are in the position to buy, its a great time!
