Our average sales price continues to increase compared to this time last year. July 2012 our average sales price was $289,000 – up 7.0% from this time last year (up 6.4% year to date). The number of properties sold for July 2012 was 4618, up 20.4% from this time last year. (Up 16.8% year to date) Again, we are still struggling with low inventory in the Denver metro area. Down 38.4% compared to last year. Buyers on the market are continuing to see themselves in a competitive situation when it comes to homes that are priced right and show well.
