*** The Denver Metro Area Real Estate Statistics are Out for October 2013 ***

Overall  the Denver market has still experienced an increase in both average sales price and number of properties sold compared to last year.  Our average sales price ended at $304,000 – up 9.4% compared to the average sales price in October 2012.

For once in a VERY LONG TIME, our inventory increased to last years inventory levels.  Active number of homes listed ended at 9,734 property listings for October 2013.

Mortgage rates still remain very competitive, and I am still seeing properties which are priced right and show well go off the market fairly quickly.  Its hard to believe it is the week before Thanksgiving, as it is still a very busy time in real estate.
