Our average sales price went up to $295,000.00 (from $277,000 same time last year)
Active Inventory up 9.7% compared to last year (hard to tell, as buyers are still finding themselves in multiple offer situations)
Surprisingly, total properties sold went down. Its hard to comprehend this figure, as all I am seeing is properties going under contract quicker than you can blink an eye. I expect this figure will definitely improve once March figures come out.
