JUNE and JULY brought the HIGHEST EVER average sale price to the metro area, at $415,000 (WOW)
Here’s what July brought to the real estate market in Denver:
- The average (including million dollar properties AND condos) days on market was 20 days
- The average sales price in Denver was$415,000 ($407k previous month, $369k last year same time)
- The total number of properties sold was 4872 (down from 5613 same time last year)
- Active inventory still low at 5070 listings – Just think, in May of 2013 there were 9801 listings, almost double!
- The average 30 year fixed rate on a mortgage at 3.48% with .5 points
