Here’s what February brought to the real estate market in Denver:
- The average (including million dollar properties AND condos) days on market was 37 days
- The average sales price in Denver was$420,000 ($398k previous month, $376k last year same time)
- The total number of properties sold was 2989 (down from last year same time)
- Active inventory 3787 listings: DOWN from last month & slightly up from last year
- The average 30 year fixed rate on a mortgage at 4.23% with .5 points
