Here’s a bit of insight on the #Westminster #realestate market – although the number of active listings were WAY down compared to last year same time (-40.2%), the amount of properties going under contract decreased SLIGHTLY by -1.3%. (one contract same time previous year). The average sales price is now $435,141. (up 15.9% from last year)
