Here’s a bit of insight on the #Westminster #realestate market for the month of March 2018 – the number of single family active listings were WAY down compared to last year same time (-37.7%), the amount of properties going under contract also decreased by -9.7%. The average sales price is now $459,590.00 (up 13.9% from last year)
