Here’s a bit of insight on the #Westminster #realestate market for the month of January 2019 – the number of single family active listings were down compared to last year same time (-18.8%), the amount of properties going under contract decreased slightly by -2.4%. The average sales price is now $426,365.00 (up 2.7% from last year) . The average days on market did increase slightly compared to last year, at 28 days. #DMARStats
From what I’ve seen over the past few weekends, we seem to back at the same old story in the Denver metro area. Buyers are competing against each other for homes listed, especially those below the $450k range.
