Here’s a quick peek at what happened during the month of March in the Denver real estate market.
It is definitely still a seller market – active inventory for this March compared to last year shows an increase at 36.22% for year over year (wow!), an increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 1.79%, and average days on market at 31 days. However, the number of homes sold dropped -11.71%. The average sales price for a home in the Denver metro area now sits at $480,486. (up 1.79% from last year)
