It is still a sellers market – active inventory for this April compared to last year shows an increase at 35.89% for year over year, an increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 1.50%, and average days on market at 28 days. However, the number of homes sold dropped -7.17%. The average sales price for a home in the Denver metro area now sits at $497,119. (up 1.50% from last year)
