It is still a sellers market – active inventory for this May compared to last year shows an increase at 38.12% for year over year, an increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 3.36%, and average days on market at 24 days. However, the number of homes sold dropped -6.01%. The average sales price for a home in the Denver metro area now sits at $505,827. (up 3.36% from last year)
