Our market is definitely changing, however it is still a sellers market – active inventory for this June compared to last year shows an increase at 28.03% for year over year, a slight increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 1.57%, and average days on market at 23 days. However, the number of homes sold dropped -14.34%. The average sales price for a home in the Denver metro area now sits at $499,807. (up 1.57% from last year)
