Here’s a quick peek at what happened during the month of July in the Denver real estate market.
Our market is definitely changing, however it is still a sellers market – active inventory for this July compared to last year shows an increase at 22.45% for year over year, a slight increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 4.33%, and average days on market at 25 days. However, the number of homes sold dropped -6.19% compared to last July. The average sales price for a single family home in the Denver metro area now sits at $469,912. (up .68% from last year)
