Our market is definitely changing, however it is still a sellers market – active inventory for this Sept compared to last year shows an increase at 5.44% for year over year, a slight increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 6.06%, and average days on market at 33 days (up from Aug). The number of homes sold increased slightly 2.22% compared to last Sept. The average sales price for a single family home in the Denver metro area now sits at $535,032. (up 6.72% from last year)
