Our market is definitely changing, however it is still very much a sellers market – active inventory for this Jan compared to last year shows an decrease of -15.98% for year over year, a slight increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 3.98%, and average days on market at 45 days (up from Dec). The number of homes sold increased slightly .84% compared to last Jan. The average sales price for a single family home in the Denver metro area now sits at $532,494. (up 6.86% from last year)
