Our market is moving, it is still very much a sellers market – active inventory for this Feb compared to last year shows an decrease of -19.64% compared to Feb 2019, a slight increase in the average sales price compared to last year at 5.04%, and average days on market at 39 days (down from Jan). The number of homes sold decreased slightly -2.34% compared to last Feb. The average sales price for a single family home in the Denver metro area now sits at $544,054. (up 5.92% from last year)
