May was definitely recovery month after the COVID 19 restrictions, our market saw an incline in activity. however market data still shows a seller market – active inventory for this May compared to last month showed an increase of 4.66% compared to April, and average days on market at 23 days. The number of homes sold decreased -19.71% compared to April. The average sales price for a single family home in the Denver metro area now sits at $543,072. (down just 1.05% compared to previous month)
