Here’s a quick peek at what happened during the month of January in the Denver real estate market. I have included the inventory portion of the stats, as that is our biggest problem in the Denver metro area. MORE buyers than what is listed out there. Almost HALF of same inventory we had last year in January!
- The total number of properties sold was UP 1.8% compared to same time last year
- The average sales price was $558,000 (up 17.7% for the year)
- Active inventory still WAY down, 49.1% compared to same time last year
- Time on market only at a 28 day average
