Here’s a quick overview what happened during the month of September in the Denver real estate market:
Although inventory looks “gigantically up” compared to last month, we are experiencing some slight seasonal slow norms. Last weekend I wrote two offers for buyers, and both circumstances they were competing against 10 & 4 other offers. Still a competitive sellers market! We shall see what holds for our coming months!
