Here’s some real estate stats specifically for Westminster, Colorado!
I always love this graph as it compares to same time last year, not last month.
As with most of the metro area, we’ve seen a “shift” in real estate. Our inventory almost doubled, and its taking a bit longer for homes to sell. HOWEVER, the average sales price in Westminster for June was up $675,743!!! Up 14.8% compared to same time last year and the average time on market went to 11 days!
