January 2011 real estate statistics for Denver Metro area

The average sales price rose to $254,000 from Jan 2010's average of $241,000. The number of properties sold dropped slightly compared to last Jan, but our average sales price seems to be holding well. For full statistics, click here: January 2011 Denver statistics

December Real Estate Statistics for Denver Metro

For a winter month, December turned out all right for real estate in the Denver metro area. Average price dropped $5k from November, but the number of homes sold actually increased. Denver Real Estate stats are out for August

While the average sales price for metro Denver has remained relatively consistent at $269,000 since July 2010, number of homes sold dropped from July 2010. May Statistics are Out for Denver Real Estate
