The average sales price rose to $254,000 from Jan 2010's average of $241,000. The number of properties sold dropped slightly compared to last Jan, but our average sales price seems to be holding well. For full statistics, click here: January 2011 Denver statistics
While the average sales price for metro Denver has remained relatively consistent at $269,000 since July 2010, number of homes sold dropped from July 2010.
