Statistics are out for October. Although the Denver Metro area number of properties sold were down compared to 2009, the average sales price in the metro area increased from both last year-2009 and last month-September. The average sales price in the Denver metro area is now at $266,000 – a 10.8% increase compared to Oct 2009.
