Keep in mind – this varies greatly from price range and neighborhood. I am seeing properties going under contract in less than a week, and in some cases multiple offers when the property is priced right and in good condition.
Our inventory continues to be incredibly low, now with only 10086 active listings – down 41.9% compared to last year. Whats this mean – LESS competition if you are thinking of selling.
