With the average mortgage rates at 3.66%, properties are still moving fast. Year-to-date the number of properties sold is up 16.1% compared to last year. Our average sales price rose again, to $298,000. Up 12% compared to June 2011. Properties are moving, and sales prices are increasing. Its a good time in the Denver real estate market…..
